Installing SQL 2005 Beta

I am having a problem install the software, it tells me the install is
already running, or it gets hung on checking IIS.

Any help available.

Why do you want to install the BETA ? This is not recommended, though
there is a RTM available ?!

Where can I get the RTM, I got the beta CD from the web because I have the
Beta Visual Studio 2005.

I think installing the beta once RTM is available violates the EULA. Why on
earth would you want the beta software?
