I am experiencing same problem described in article 872843. even though
my
sql server is on SP4.
I try to tweak Log reader Agent Properties & other things but that is
not
helping.

It is my impression whether this bug is not fixed or got break in SP4.

Any reply/feedback/solutions/tips will be highly appreciated.
