Microsoft.SqlServer.* assemblies: are they redistributable?

Hello, Is it allowed to
ship these assemblies with a .NET application or it's not allowed?

I want to create an application which should retrieve list of servers in the
WG
(using call to Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo assembly), and also it uses some
classes/methods from
Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo assembly. What is correct redistribution
practise for such applications and these assemblies?
