I have created a DTSX SSIS Package that is quite simple in nature (a simple
export).  I can double click on the DTSX package on the server and the
Execute Package Utility launches and executes the package to completion
without error.  I then created a SQL Agent Job that executes the same DTSX
package and it fails.  The error message in the log sime says package step
failed.  Why is this not executing?  it is the same package on the same
server?  I checked the permissions and SQL Server has full control over the
directory and the packages.

I am definitely scratching my head here.
