I want to restore Master database from one server to another. I set the
database in single user mode and restored and the database send it restored
successfully but when trying to access SQL the agent wouldnt start.

What is the error?

Make sure that all objects,logins, databases exist after taking BACKUP of
the master database

Restoring the Master DB to the same server is difficult enough and probably
the most difficult job you could do with sql server.
With that said, restoring to a different server is even more difficult and
not recommended as the master db contains information about the actual
server as well as all security, db and device information etc.

Why would you want to restore the master db to a different server anyway?
