ODBC driver for QuickBooks

Hi - I'm not sure if this is the right forum, so apologies if not.

I'm looking for an ODBC driver to allow me to connect to Intuits'
QuickBooks 2006 - to import the data from it, into my SQL Server DB (I'm
moving from 2000 to 2005) - to allow people I do work for, to view
their invoices online.

I've seen QODBC.com - but this is a commercial driver, which costs quite
a bit - does anyone know of any freeware read-only ODBC drivers for
SQL/Windows which will let me connect to QuickBooks?
