I would like to use database tunning advisor.

If I insert my workload file, where I have only call to procedure, for
example: exec myProcedure, this advisor doesn't go inside the procedure.
In report I won't get any recomendation and in progress, I get the following
message:
event does not reference any tables

How can I optimize indexes for my procedure?

Should I write all procedure into my workload file?
