PLEASE HELP!!! I have an LTO tape backup that contains Database files,
im not sure what software was used to backup these files neither the
software database from where the files came from. When i try to recover
the data using (OS server 2003)Symantec BackExec 10d, the log reads
that 20GB of data have been succefully recovered. When i look into the
folder there are 2 files (600KB ONLY) with .DBD extension. I know the
data is on the tape but i cant find a way to recover that. Is there
special software, conversion, settings or precedures to recover DBD
files? These files will be import into SQL server.  I will really
apreciated your help. Thank you

According to http://filext.com/detaillist.php?extdetail=DBD, those files
could be from a variety of sources.  I'm guessing they're Clarion or
Oracle files, and aren't going to be of much use to you in regards to
SQL.  You'll have to first open those files with the necessary apps, and
then export the data into a format that SQL can import.
