Keyboard shortcut for Line Cut

Does anyone know a shortcut key for the Line Cut command?  If I place
the Line Cut command button onto my SQL Editor toolbar and hover my
mouse over it it shows (Ctrl+L) as the shortcut key, however, Ctrl+L
actually invokes the "Display Estimated Execution Plan" command.  If
there is no other key combo that invokes Line Cut, by default, is there
a way I can assign an unused key combination to it?

Do you by chance have your key setting preference set to SQL 2000? That
might cause
this behavior.

No, it's currently set to "Standard".

Is there a more appropriate group for me to post this type of question?
