Are there any online instructors in sql server?

I'm reading a book that Microsoft puts out which prepares people for a
sql server exam (for certification). The problem is, it raises many
questions that it does not answer. So I need an expert to explain
about 15 questions per chapter. Are there any online experts that (for
a fee), answer questions on sql server?

Hi,

You are asking that question of a large group of experts who are all happy
to give the information with no fee charged .....

And if fees are not a problem, many of the experts here teach classes which
will prepare you for the certification exams. Depending on your learning
style, taking a class may be much more effective than asking questions
online and reading books.
