Unable to debug Stored procedure with VS 2003

Hi,

I am trying to debug Stored Proc with VS 2003 according the steps mentioned
in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316549/ .

Break point in SP is not getting hit. After going some articles I have
installed SQL Server 2000 SP4. It is still not working.

In SP4 fix list MS has mentioned that they have fixed the issue
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=888799 : - Fix ID - 839280.
But it is still not working on my machine.

I have W2K server on my machine and I am tring to debug it locally.

Looking for help...
