SSIS and SLowly Changing DImension Transform

Any simple example on internet to get started with SSIS slowly changing
dimension object?

I am getting an error and can't find any info on resolution:
there must be at least one column of fixed, changing or historical type of
input for slowly changing dimension transform.

help appreciated
