Visual Studio 2005 Question

Hello,

For the past year I have been creating web sites for my clients in HTML
4.0 and ASP.NET 1.1/VB.NET using Visual Studio 7.1.

When I start using Visual Studio 2005 will it be possible to convert
these projects to XHTML 1.0 and to ASP.NET 2.0 in an easy way?

Will such feature exist?

And one more question:
When will Visual Studio 2005 final release will be available?
