SQL Query dump to Excel

I have a SQL Query which I would like to have run and populate an Excel
Sheet everytime Excel opens  a document.  Anyone know what the best way to
do this?

You can use DTS to create a Data Pump from a SQL Server source to an Excel
destination.

you can you excell to connect to a sql server sp or view

excel>data>get external data> new database query
