QA Reserved/Keyword 'HELP'

Does anyone know what the 'HELP' keyword does in QA?

It shows up in blue but I can't find any documentation for it.

Nothing that I'm aware of. It isn't on the current or future reserved
keywords list. Just use [HELP] or preferably don't use the word HELP at
all.
