How is the name Celko correctly pronounced?

Is the 'Cel' part of 'Celko' pronounced like "sell" as in "Let's sell it"???

or is it pronounced like the musical instrument - cello?? "CHELLO"?

It is Anglosized Czech -- it used to be CHELL-ko when the C had an
accent mark on it. It is now SELL-ko.
